Performance: A type of derivative products of P-22. Can promote the molecular chains to break and reduce the milling time, so as to decrease the cost of rubber processing. Compared with powder peptizers, it can be suitable to be weighted automatically, so as to improve the operating environment greatly while making better the processability.
Application: Specially formulated peptiser suitable as mastication aids in a variety of processing conditions for nature rubber or unsaturated synthetic rubber. Can enhance the milling efficiency evidently at processing temperature over 70℃, and at 150 to 160 ℃, the effect is the best.
