Properties: Thermoplastic phenolic resin modified with tall oil, flammable,and odorless. Soluble in alcohols, ketones andesters, insoluble in water. It’s corresponding to the product SY-6701.

Applications: As reinforcing agent for NR, SBR, BR, NBR, EPDM and CR, it is the main reinforcing agent for treadsand sidewalls of tire, and for shoe-soles, window sealing strips of cars, rubber rollers, etc. As the same of normareinforcing resin, it can improve the hardness, tear resistance, abrasion resistance, ensile strength, reduce the Mooney viscosity and prolong the scorch time. But compared with the unmodified resin, SY-6701 has the beter compatibility inrubber ,so as to accelerate the dispersing of fillers and improve the processability, Specially, in the presence of saturatecor unsaturated aliphatic hvdrocarbons and carboxyls within SY-6701. the hardness increasing rate of final products carbe bigger about 5-10% than the one reinforced by the normal resin. To avoid prevulcanization, the resin should be addedin early period, and the donors ,such as HMT or HMMM, should be added together with sulfur and accelerators as the laststep in the mixina cvcle. The reference dosage is 5-15phr.

Storage: Kept in indoor, dry and ventilating, protected from heat and fire, the storage life is one year. The products thalexceeded storage life and qualified can be used.

Package: Packed in knitted bags lined with a layer of kcraft paper bag and a layer of plastic bag. The netweight is 25kg per bag.
