Reinforcing Resin SY-6700/6701

Reinforcing resin, which significantly improves the hardness of the rubber.

 

Properties: SY-6700 is a phenol-formaldehyde resin modified by tallow oil; SY-6701 is a phenol-formaldehyde resin modified by cashew nut oil.

Performance: Can significantly improve the hardness, wear resistance, tear resistance, tensile strength and elongation stress of the rubber compound. SY-6700 has a long scorching time and is safe to process; SY-6701 has high modulus and high hardness.

Application: Mostly be used in radial tires to improve the strength and hardness of vulcanized rubber and reduce heat generation.
